Scope of Client Services - Contractor Selection & Agreements for Services

1. Assist the Owner in its’ determination of the type of construction contractor relationship to be utilized.

2. Assist the Owner in the process of selection of construction contractors to be requested to bid the Work of the Project.

3. Oversee the preparation and distribution of Bid Documents.

4. Receive and evaluate Bids.  Make recommendation of the contractor(s) to be considered for negotiation and award of the contract(s) for construction.

5. Negotiate form of contract agreements for the construction, fixturization and furnishing of the Project.

6. Select the deputy inspection firm(s) required by the Building Code and/or desired by the Owner to be utilized.  Negotiate form of contract agreement.
